do recommend for a short break

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a convenient outdoor swimming pool and free parking, made our short stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

I asked for queen room and it was well-kept with jacuzzi. A microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and fridges were available. The hotel's location was excellent, really close to Shopping Centre and decent restaurants.

The room was beautifully maintained & new-fashioned with an unbelievable comfortable bed, the lackluster breakfast. Its location was favourable, short walk to the outlet mall and many resturants, several restaurants in the immediate area and the outlet.

Pleasant stay with room for improvement

We enjoyed a two-night family stay. Rick at the front desk was really good in accommodating our needs. We encountered a stale odor in our room, which the staff were unhelpful about addressing. A tip, inspect the room before unpacking to ensure comfort.

The best thing was how very welcoming the staff were.

I loved the fact I celebrated my birthday and the front desk helped my family surprise me with a cake.

The building was immaculate. Breakfast Mgr. a big guy, slightly gray hair had the greatest personality and was hands on helping with everything in the dining area. Hampton Inn bedrooms are the best, always fresh quilts, comfortable mattresses all the accessories in the bathroom. We are always pleased with the Hampton Inns policys on how they manage a hotel.

We have been to other Hampton Inns that have had a Happy Hour, 'missed that'. Breakfast; eggs were probably fresh and ok but not hot enough, no flame or heat under serving tray, buns and pastries were tasty, waffles looked good, (I didn't try them) I tried a dish of fruit and it had a refrigerator taste, didn't like. Hard boiled eggs were good. Coffee was good, I liked the Nestles creamer. All was adequate, the eggs which is the main breakfast treat just needed more attention. P.S. Sausages were good.

Comfortable pool area for relaxation.

The bed was hard and lumpy. I also dealt with an noisy heater that disturbed my rest throughout the night. On top of this, the breakfast options were limited, leaving me unsatisfied every morning.

Basic hotel breakfast but severed the purpose. The room was great . It is in a great location near food and the interstate.

The breakfast was not the greatest but alright and the rooms were comfortable because the beds had the kind of softness that felt mad really like you were sleeping on clouds and the cleanliness was excellent especially considering past hotel stays where cleanliness was an issue

It was a bit on the expensive side but considering the comfort and service it was still acceptable
